About MCH
Driving Multi-Sector Integration.
Founded in 2025 in Johannesburg, South Africa, Mundalamo Corporate Holdings was established to orchestrate profound economic and social transformations globally, beginning in Africa.
Our Origin
A New Model for African Enterprise
Mundalamo Corporate Holdings (MCH) was founded in 2025 by Mr. KSB Mundalamo with a singular vision: to build an elite, non-operational parent holding company that strategically owns and invests in eight diverse subsidiaries across primary, secondary, and tertiary economic sectors.
The founding philosophy — the MCH Integrated Impact Model — rejects the conventional approach of isolated investments. Subsidiaries procure from, protect, build for, and finance one another, eliminating third-party cost leakage and ensuring built-in captive demand across the closed-loop ecosystem.
Inter-subsidiary billing operates on a regulated cost-plus 8% basis, ensuring capital allocated to external projects stays within the holding ecosystem. Net dividends are systematically redistributed: 40% into R&D and land bank reserves, 30% into fleet and equipment expansion, 20% into group cash reserves managed by Malad, and 10% for parent governance and ESG programs.
Corporate Structure
Eight Integrated Subsidiaries
MCH holds majority equity across eight specialised legal entities. This decentralised operational setup preserves tactical agility at the subsidiary level while enforcing centralised financial governance, risk management, and strategic alignment from the parent entity.

Smart commercial agriculture, precision crop cultivation, sustainable farming, and bio-feedstock supply. The food security anchor and raw material supplier for the group.
D-Num — Civil Infrastructure & Construction
Heavy civil engineering, smart city development, and resilient commercial and industrial construction. The physical backbone builder for group and external developments.
LADNU — Technology & AI R&D
